Mc Kenzie, TNMultiple Charges — Officer Darren Davis initiated a traffic stop on Sunday evening, August 14 on West Magnolia Avenue on a speeding vehicle. Mark Grinnell, of Knoxville, was found to be the driver. Davis checked Grinnell’s license status and found it to be suspended along with his vehicle being unregistered.
