Mc Kenzie, TNNASHVILLE (July 27) — The Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA) announced Dr. Jay Phipps, owner of four community pharmacy locations in McKenzie, Jackson, Huntingdon and Waverly, as the organization’s 2022-23 president. Dr. Phipps resides in McKenzie and is a Carroll County commissioner.
