Crescent Cookies
1 stick margarine
3 heaping Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Cream margarine and sugar. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix until becomes like corn meal.
Roll in hands, small amount at a time, and form into crescent shape. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until light brown.
Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
 
Strawberry Pie
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoon strawberry jello
2 cup strawberries
1 cup water
3 tablespoon flour
Mix sugar, water, jello and flour. Boil until thick. Cool. Add strawberries and pour into baked crust.
 
Creo Sweet Potato Pecan Pie
3 1/2 cup boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 deep pie shell
1/2 cup soft butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup half and half
Mix all well. Put in pie shell. Cover with pecan halves. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
 
Peach Pie Alaska
1 -3ounce package pink jello
2/3 cup boiling water
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup diced peaches
3 1/2 cup thawed cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
Dissolve jello into water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in Cool Whip and fruit.
Chill. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours.
 
Coconut Jam Bars
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt
2 tablespoon margarine or butter softened
1 1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup red raspberry preserves, or more
1 cup sugar
3 eggs 
2 Tablespoon flour
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15x10 jelly roll pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, 1/3 cup margarine and egg. Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes (crust will be soft). Cool slightly.
Gently spread preserves over crust. In medium bowl, mix sugar and 2 tablespoon margarine. Add eggs. Beat 1 minute at  medium speed. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until blended. Fold in coconut. Pour over preserves. Gently spread to cover.
Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars. 48 bars.
