McKENZIE (November 15) — Rotary Club of McKenzie inducted five new members during the November 15 weekly club meeting at McKenzie Station.

New members include: Dennis Mack, Dr. Wayne Scott, Valerie McMackin, Andrea McReynolds, and Dr. John Adams.

McKenzie Rotary President Kathy Ham welcomed the new members to the club. Each of the new members participated in a period of welcome to determine if membership was a right fit for them.

The Rotary Club of McKenzie has approximately 30 members of men and ladies, who work for the betterment of their hometown and the world, through Rotary International. It is a service club striving to live up to the motto “Service Above Self.”

The club was founded in 1937 in McKenzie. It has a sister foundation, a local fund known as the Fannye Baxter Moore Fund that assists worthy, needy McKenzians.

The club is always seeking new members.
