Mc Kenzie, TNGarbage collection in the rural portions of Carroll County is inconsistent, according to information coming from the January 10 meeting of the Carroll County Commission. Republic Services, the contractor responsible for the collection and disposal of the solid waste, is having difficulty servicing the rural routes. However, service is improving, according to the company.
