Multiple Charges — Jonathan Ray Sullivan, 31, of Trezvant was charged with Stalking and Burglary/ Breaking and Entering.

On August 23, Deputy Dakota Meier responded to a burglary in progress in Atwood. When he arrived on scene the victim stated the suspect Jonathan Sullivan was in her home. Sullivan was not wanted in her home, she was unsure of how he managed to get inside. The victim started to yell at Sullivan, he ran outside towards the churches in Atwood. While officers were walking around the home, they noticed a window had screws missing. Footprints were located, but appeared to be wiped off. It is unknown how long Sullivan was inside the home or what his intentions were. The victim believes Sullivan has placed a tracking device somewhere. Warrants were issued for Sullivan on accounts of aggravated burglary and aggravated stalking.

Criminal Trespassing — Keith Jermane Smith, 36, of Huntingdon was charged with Trespassing.

On August 26, Deputy Crowe responded to an incident where trespassing happened the day before. Upon arrival Keith Smith was witnessed walking down the road from an address he had trespassed at.

Domestic Assault — James Cordell Deniker, 25, of Hollow Rock was charged after a domestic incident.

On August 28, Deputy James Walker responded to an assault. When officers arrived James Deniker and his wife were inside the home. Mr. Deniker had blood on him, while his wife had red marks on her arm and face. Denikers wife attempted to leave which caused Deniker to get upset trying to stop her. Deniker punched out the driver’s side window in an attempt to get the car keys. James Deniker was charged with domestic assault.
