Public Intoxication — William Eric Brewer, 54, of Huntingdon, was cited and transported to the Carroll County Jail for Public Intoxication. On November 16, the clerk at Countryside Grocery called the Sheriff’s Department and reported that Eric Brewer walked into the store and said that people are trying to kill him. When deputies arrived, Brewer had barricaded himself in a little room inside the store holding a fishing pole saying there were people trying to kill him.
