Driving on Revoked — Mitchell Gene Clark, 34, of McKenzie was issued a citation for Driving on Revoked for DUI #1.

On March 2, Officer Crowe conducted a traffic stop for display of plate violation. A computer check showed the driver, Mitchell Clark, had a revoked driver’s license for a DUI out of Hardeman County. This incident did occur in Carroll County.

Multiple Charges — Stephanie Bolin, 44, of Milan was charged with two different counts of Possession of Schedule II, Drug Paraphernalia, and also cited for Shoplifting.

On March 3, Deputy Boaz responded to a shoplifting at Dollar General. The deputy responded and located Stephanie Bolin. Consent was given to search her purse, a pack of razors, two shampoo bottles, hydrocodone (with no prescription), and a set of digital scales with residue were located in her purse. She was arrested at that time, during a pat down search; the deputy located a small bag containing 3.5 grams of meth.

Multiple Arrests/Disorderly Conduct — Donald (56) and Michael (27) Shackleford, of Hollow Rock were both arrested on behalf of disorderly conduct.

On 03/04/23, dispatch received fives calls in reference to the same residence in a span of roughly two hours about loud music. Arrest was made after several warnings to the individuals about what would happen if the officers orders were disobeyed.

Theft from Motor Vehicles — On March 6, Deputy Winberry spoke with Anthony Hilliard from Hilliard’s Repair Shop. He stated seven vehicles from his back lot had the catalytic converter cut from them. His camera shows nothing. This incident is still under investigation.
