ASSAULT — Charles Edward Earps, 30, of Hollow Rock was charged with assault.
On April 9, Deputy Scott responded to a call in reference to a break in. Upon his arrival he spoke with the victim, who stated her boyfriend, Charles Earps, pushed her down. She ran inside to lock the door and he started to kick the door frame. Earps was arrested for Domestic Assault in Carroll County.
