UT Extension is Motivating Participants to Keep Fit, Healthy

Posted
The Carroll County UT Extension Office’s FCS program has been busy this past month. The staff recently wrapped up their August Hydration Challenge. They are also finishing up their Stay Strong, Stay Healthy program at the McKenzie Senior Center and the second Matter of Balance program at the Huntingdon Senior Center. Coming next, they have the “Eat a Rainbow- Fruits and Veggies” challenge and their Walk Across Tenn. challenge. If you have been thinking about bettering your health, the time is definitely now and the Carroll County Extension office is here to motivate you with these challenges that offer some wonderful prizes.

The University of Tennessee Extension service offers its programs to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability or veteran status and is an Equal Opportunity employer.
