CARROLL COUNTY — The Carroll County 1000-Acre Recreational Lake will have a new owner and a new name on July 1. Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is purchasing the lake for $11 million from the Carroll County Watershed Authority, a state agency controlled by a local board of directors.
