Mattie Frances Adkisson Copeland, 86, of Huntingdon, died March 5, 2023 at Huntingdon Health and Rehab in Huntingdon. Visitation will be Thursday, March 9, 2023, 11-12 with funeral to follow at Trinity Funeral Home, burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
She was born December 28, 1936 in Trezevant, Tennessee to Dink Adkisson and Essie Hampton Adkisson both precede her in death. She was educated in Carroll County Schools. She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church and later New Reedy Creek Baptist Church. She was married to the late Rev. Harry James Anderson, Sr. who preceded her in death. She later married Charles Copeland.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Charles daughter, Ruby Kenneth, Sr.), son, Harry Jr., (Genita), grandchildren, Christopher, Alexander(Dydine), Kenneth Hillsman, Jr. (Brittany) grandchildren, Kimberly (Jamar), Krystal, great-grandchildren, Parvati and Milton a host of other relatives and friends.
