    TENNESSEE (October 14) — Average gasoline prices in Tennessee increased 13.8 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.84/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 3,821 stations in Tennessee. Prices in Tennessee are 13.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 29.0 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has declined 3.4 cents in the last week and stands at $3.57 per gallon- the lowest level since January, 2022, over 900 days ago.

In Carroll County, voting at the Election Commission Office is 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. during the period of October 16 to October 31. After the early voting period, the election day is November 5 at the respective local precincts.

    HUNTINGDON — The Carroll County Health Department of the Tennessee Department of Health will be providing free flu shots, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., on Tuesday, October. 15, 2024, at Carroll County Health Department, 633 High Street in Huntingdon, participating in the statewide 2024 Fight Flu prevention effort.
