Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Hollingsworth, Big Sandy River Road, Camden, Bound Over for 2 counts of Schedule IV Drugs: Manufacture, Deliver, Sale, Possession-SOL, 2 counts of Schedule II Drugs: Manufacture, Deliver, Sale, Possession, 2 counts of Contraband in a Penal Facility, Contraband – Intoxicant/Drugs in Penal Facility, and Speeding.

Tracy C. Taylor, Farris Carter Road, Atwood, Bound Over for METH – Manufacture, Deliver, Sale, Possession with Intent, Schedule VI Drugs – Manufacture, Deliver, Sale, and Possession, Driving While License Suspended – 2nd or Subsequent Offense, Unlawful Possession of Weapon, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Jeremy S. Blackwell, Big Buck Road, Trezevant, Guilty of Reckless Endangerment – No Weapon Involved, Implied Consent-MISD, Driver License-Address Required Within 10 Days, and Drivers To Exercise Due Care, $50 fine, 48 hours jail, and 11/27 Supervised Probation.

Lindsey Beth Cary, Country Farm Lane, Huntingdon, Guilty of Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000, No Contact with Retail Business, $215.22 Restitution to Retail Business, 30 Days Jail and 11/29 Supervised Probation; Dismissed charge of Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000.

Eron Dunagan, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Domestic Assault and Probation Violation, 90 Days Jail, Defendant Must Complete 1 Year of Inpatient A&D Treatment and Provide Proof To Court, 20 Months/28 Days Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest.

Lorrie A. Garner, Hwy 22, Huntingdon, Guilty of DUI – Third Offense, $600 Fine, 10 Days Jail Reporting 7/8/22, and 11/19 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Implied Consent-Enhancement Only and Violation Light Law-Motor Vehicle.

Thomas A. Hilliard, Haynes Street, McKenzie, Guilty of Probation Violation, 10 Days Jail Reporting 6/25/22, Supervised Probation, and No Contact with Victims; Dismissed charges – 2 counts Public Intoxication.

May Frances Lockett, Bell Store Road, McKenzie, Guilty of Abuse of Elderly Adult-ATT, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation, Defendant Not To Be Employed In Any Facility That Provides Care to Elderly or Vulnerable Adults and State Will Seek To Have Defendants Name Listed In The Elder Abuse Registry; Dismissed charge of Aggravated Assault.

Timothy W. Owens, Hwy 77, Huntingdon, Guilty of Evading Arrest Flight – Vehicle, 10 Days Jail, Reporting 7/15/22 and 11/19 Unsupervised Probation.
