Simple Possession, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia — According to a report made by Officer Brad Allen on September 7, he stopped a vehicle on Buena Vista Road that was being operated by Vasquez Yarbough, 64, of Huntingdon, because he had an active warrant on Mr. Yarbrough for Criminal Simulation. During the traffic stop Mr. Yarbrough gave consent to search through the vehicle. During the search, marijuana was found inside a Swisher Sweet package that weighed about 1 gram. Yarbough was transported to Carroll County Jail for Marijuana Possession and Criminal Simulation. On September 6, Officer Allen was dispatched to Murphy for someone passing a fake $100 bill. Upon arrival he saw Yarbrough hand a fake $100 bill to the cashier on video footage.
