McKenzie Chamber, Industry Banquet June 20
The McKenzie Chamber of Commerce and Industry Banquet is Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 6 p.m. at the Venue at Waddell Place at 894 Joy Sparks Road in McKenzie, Tenn. Tickets are on sale now. Tickets are $40 for Chamber members, $60 for Non-Members and $250 for a table of 8 seats. During the event, awards will be presented to members for the Business Person of the Year, Business of the Year and Non-Profit of the Year. Members are encouraged to attend. The keynote speaker will be Kyle Spurgeon, President and CEO of the Jackson, Tenn. Chamber. Carroll County’s annual Relay for Life event returns Saturday, Sept. 9, for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic. The event, held at the Carroll County Civic Center, helps the American Cancer Society (ACS) fundraise and raise public awareness of benefits for cancer patients.

The McKenzie Church of Christ is hosting a free BBQ supper at the church on Highland Drive on Thursday, May 18, 5 to 7:30 p.m. or until food is gone.

The West Carroll High School Football program is hosting a Memphis Wrestling Fundraiser at the high school, 760 Hwy 77 in Atwood, Tenn., on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. Tickets are $10 general admission or $15 for ringside.
