Child Abuse and Neglect — According to a report by Officer Kristen Lee, On March 28, officers responded to Drew Court for a small child walking in the roadway without shoes. Upon arrival, the child was seen in the ditch on the side of the road. The child was unkept, and was not wearing any shoes. The parents were identified as Noah Nesbit, 24, of Huntingdon, and Shayla Johnson, 24, of Huntingdon. They were both charged with Child Neglect. more
