Sad Cake
4 eggs
1 box light brown sugar
2 cups bisquick
3/4 cup oil
1 cup coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pecans
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 small can evaporated milk
Mix and bake in 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Blueberry Crunch

3 cups blueberries
1/2 cup sugar (if desire sweeter, use 3/4cup)
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Apple Dumplings
2 granny smith apples, peeled & quartered
1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Wrap each apple quarter in a crescent roll. Sprinkle cinnamon over crescent rolls. Mix margarine, sugar and orange juice in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

1 large pkg chewy Martha White brownie mix,
1 cup nuts
1 package chocolate chips
Prepare brownie mix as directed. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Put in greased 9x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes; don't overbake.

1 onion sliced

1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Crescent Cookies
1 stick margarine
3 heaping Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Cream margarine and sugar. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix until becomes like corn meal.
Roll in hands, small amount at a time, and form into crescent shape. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until light brown.
Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
