A McKenzie business discovered a baggie in the parking lot on June 29 around 5:23 p.m. and the employees phoned McKenzie Police Department. An employee had discovered the suspicious material in the front parking lot of the Highland Drive business.

HUNTINGDON (July 7) — McKenzie City Attorney Laura Keeton filed a complaint with the Carroll County Election Commission concerning the candidacy of Joshua Wheat Filtz for mayor of the city. The complaint was officially filed on July 7 on behalf of the citizens of McKenzie.

Today’s political climate resembles a category five hurricane due to the highly charged division between the two political parties.
