Criminal Impersonation — Patrolman Sean Beck initiated a traffic stop on Friday afternoon, November 25, on a vehicle for driving without headlights on the corner of Walnut Avenue and Main Street. Beck made contact with the driver and smelled an odor believed to be marijuana coming from the vehicle. He asked if the vehicle had any drugs or weapons. more
Multiple Charges — Officer Trenton Ruddy initiated a traffic stop on Saturday morning, November 19 on South Stonewall Street on a vehicle that had a right brake light out. After identifying the driver as Reginald Lee II, 22, of Bartlett, Tennessee, Ruddy ran a license check and learned Lee’s license was suspended. Lee was cited for Driving On Suspended/Revoked License – First Offense and Light Law Violation. more
Dogs at Large — Eudgene Pritchett, 25 of Buena Vista was cited with dogs at large and given a court date. more

Wanted Person —  Officer Sean Beck went to a Connie Allen Road residence on Tuesday night, November 8 looking for Austin Bradley Cantrell, 27, of McKenzie, who was wanted by police. Cantrell was located and peacefully turned himself in to Officer Beck. more

Multiple Charges — McKenzie Police Sgt. Cody Coleman initiated a traffic stop on a Ford Ranger for a display of plates violation early Sunday morning, November 6 on Hwy 22. Bryer Caswell, 27, of Lexington, was driving on a suspended license for failure to appear in Henry County Court. The vehicle tag was from another vehicle and the original plate was expired in 2016. Caswell was cited for Driving on Suspended – 1st Offense, Expired Registration, Financial Responsibility Violation, and Unlawful Removal of Plates. more
Multiple Arrest — Tracy Myles, 56 of Huntingdon, Jazz Johnson, 34 of Huntingdon, and Paula M. Cook, 43 of Huntingdon were all arrested and charged with simple possession and casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and manufacturing to sell and intent to deliver on October 11. more
Multiple Charges —McKenzie Police received multiple 911 calls shortly before 11 pm on Sunday night, October 30 regarding an accident on Main Street. According to the report filed by Officer Sean Beck, he found a single vehicle still running after striking a utility pole. Beck found the vehicle with an adult driver and three minors in the vehicle with no restraints on. EMS came to the scene and examined the children and their mother came and picked them up. more
